Achraf Dari, Our newest defender, expressed immense joy and pride in joining the best club in Africa. The Moroccan spoke candidly about his decision to join Al Ahly and that it was always his top choice amidst numerous offers from other clubs.

"I'm incredibly happy and honored to wear the red jersey and join the best club in Africa. I want to win everything here. I've come here with the sole purpose of helping my teammates and making our fans happy by winning every trophy. My family has always wanted me to play for Al Ahly, and their dream has finally come true," he revealed.

Dari expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome he has received from Al Ahly fans, promising to give his all on the pitch to repay their support. 

"All the fans did honor me with their love and support, and I'll do everything I can to make them proud."

Dari also spoke about his admiration for Al Ahly's legendary players, such as Mohamed Aboutrika and Wael Gomaa. 

"I've always looked up to them, I hope to follow in their footsteps and leave my own mark in the club," he added.
