Al Ahly men’s basketball team succeeded to defeat Sporting SC tonight in the first leg of the national league semi-final.

The game was played at Suez Canal Authority Hall in Ismailia, and it witnessed a strong performance from the two teams, as Sporting SC won the first quarter 19-18, but we managed to take the lead in the second quarter to win the first half 34-26.

We kept our great performance and won the third and fourth quarters to secure a 84-65 victory.

Also, our basketball youngsters secured an important win against Sporting SC 68-59 in tonight’s game.
