Al Ahly men's handball first team defeated Alexandria Sporting Club 33-32  on Thursday in the Egyptian League.

Abdullah Al Faisal Hall witnessed a strong performance from both teams; however,  the Eagles managed to have the upper hand at the end of the encounter.
