Al Ahly women’s handball team achieved an important 29-23 win over Alexandria Sporting Club, ASC, on Sunday in the last game of the first Complex Tournament of the Egyptian League.

Hassan Moustafa Sports Hall hosted the game which saw a strong performance from the Red Eagles who won the first half 17-9.

Our women’s handball team continued to dominate the match in the second half, winning the encounter by a six-point gap.

On a similar note, the Red Eagles will compete against Alexandria Sporting Club, El Shams SC, and Zamalek SC in the second complex tournament of the Egyptian League to determine the winner of the competition.
