Al Ahly women’s handball team defeated Smouha 28-22 on Saturday in the Egyptian League. 

Smouha’s hall hosted the game, during which the Red Eagles put on a strong performance and managed to achieve an important victory. 

“The players had a good game and we were the better side from the start to the end. All the players are motivated and they will do their best to book a starting place in the team. This competitiveness between the players will help the team achieve victories." the team’s head coach Yehia Youssef said after the game.
