Al Ahly has received an official letter from the Egyptian Football Association EFA stating that the Egyptian Premier League and the Egyptian Cup matches will be postponed starting from 2 August 2021.

The EFA explained in their letter that they will reschedule the next games and inform the club of the updated schedules for both competitions.

On a similar note, the Red Eagles are set to face Aswan SC on Thursday in a postponed game from Matchday 17 of the Egyptian Premier League at Petrosport Stadium.
