Al Ahly’s football first team achieved a comfortable 5-1 win over Smouha SC in the friendly game which was played on Wednesday at El Tetsh Stadium.

Luis Miquissone opened the scoresheet in the 16th minute of the first half after passing past Smouha’s defender.

A few minutes later, Percy Tau pulled a remarkable skill against Smouha’s defender and fired a strong shot into the net.

In the 29th minute, Ammar Hamdy dribbled the ball from midfield to the opponent’s final third and shot the ball into the net.

A few minutes after scoring the third goal, Smouha received a penalty, which was brilliantly saved by Ali Lotfy.

The final minutes of the first half went by with both teams looking to score; however, all chances weren’t able to find the net.

The second half started with our players controlling ball possession and handling the tempo of the game.

In the 19th minute of the second half, Sela, Smouha’s player, scored the opponent’s first goal of the game.

After around twenty minutes, Hossam Hassan, who entered the game instead of Percy Tau, managed to make use of the opponent’s mistake and added our fourth goal in the encounter.

Three minutes later, Walid Soliman, who replaced Hussein El Shahat in the second half, made his first appearance into the game after scoring our fifth goal from the penalty spot.
