Sayed Abdelhafiz, the club’s director of football, emphasized during the pre-match technical meeting the importance of having a fully functional Video Assistant Referee (VAR) in Saturday’s decisive encounter.

The Red Eagles will face Esperance on Saturday at 6:00 PM at Hammadi Agrebi Olympic Stadium in Rades in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals.

On a similar note, it was also agreed during the pre-match technical meeting that Al Ahly players will wear an all-blue kit; whereas, the players of Esperance will wear the team’s home kit.
