Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly President, congratulated Al Ahly players, coaching staff, medical staff, administrative staff, Al Ahly members and Al Ahly fans after the team’s historic 5-3 win over Zamalek on Friday night. 

El Khatib praised the spirit and the determination of the players during the game and thanked them for the great performance they produced tonight. 

El Khatib also decided to cancel the penalty issued over the team after losing the domestic Super Cup and also decided to grant the team an exceptional bonus after the historic victory.
