Al Ahly director of football Sayed Abdelhafiz said that tonight's game against Pyramids was a strong preparation for the team before facing Wydad AC in the CAF champions league semi final. 

"We missed several scoring chances especially the penalty, but we did not have much luck tonight".

"The players performed very well today and I would like to praise them all on their spirit, especially after El Soulia being sent off".

"Kahraba will undergo several diagnostics tomorrow to check his injury status, but I hope that it will not be serious and he will be able to play against Wydad AC"
