Al Ahly’s football first team players dedicated their medals to Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly’s President and the head of Al Ahly’s delegation to Qatar, following the end of our CAF Super Cup encounter.

The players received the medals and then placed it around El Khatib’s neck in an act of respect from the players to El Khatib, who gave the medals back to them.

Al Ahly’s duo, Mohamed Sherif and Salah Mohsen, led Al Ahly to a precious 2-0 win over RS Berkane of Morocco 2-0, which crowned the Reds as champions of the CAF Super Cup.
