Al Ahly men's handball team performed several fitness exercises at the gym in their residency hotel in Morocco on Thursday as part of their preparations for the African Super Cup game.

Daniel Gordo, the team's head coach, planned out a training program to improve the players' fitness levels and implement tactical drills ahead of Sunday's match.

The Red Eagles are set to face Zamalek on Sunday in the African Super Cup in Niger.

On a similar note, the Reds will leave Morocco and head to Niger on Thursday night to continue their preparations for Saturday’s game.
