Amr Shahin, executive director of Al Ahly Football Company, revealed the details of Tuesday’s meeting between the company’s board and the club’s board of directors.

Before going into details of the meeting, Shahin clarified that the main aim of the company is to continue the successes of the board and to further develop those achievements in a professional manner.

He then stated that the purpose of today’s meeting was to provide an initial plan of the company and to answer any questions or concerns that the board had.

Moreover, Shahin added that the company’s board requested from the club’s board to consider the upcoming 12 months as a transitional period, and to start fully operating from the season of 2022-2023.

In addition to that, Shahin explained that the company divided the football season into four quarters and submitted detailed reports on the club’s football sector. Shahin also confirmed that the company will have a strong on-ground existence.

Furthermore, Shahin clarified that the final decision of any matter will be issued by the club's president, Mahmoud El Khatib, as per the club’s board decision to assign El Khatib as the supervisor of Al Ahly’s football sector.

Shahin concluded that the club’s board was satisfied by the company’s initial plan, which was presented during the meeting, believing that starting from the next season, the company will have a more developed plan for the future.
