Ahmed Abu Abla, head of Al Ahly’s medical staff, stated that Ayman Ashraf will return back normally to the team’s training sessions on Thursday.

Moreover, Abu Abla added that Ashraf, our defender, performed a recovery session on Wednesday in the gym and he is expected to be fit for Al Masry’s encounter on Friday.

Ashraf was substituted after the end of the first half of our game against Tala’ea El Gaish after picking up a minor leg injury.

On a different note, the Red Eagles resumed their training sessions on Wednesday after being held to a draw against Tala’ea El Gaish on Tuesday in the Egyptian Premier League.
