Sayed Abdelhafiz, the club’s director of football, expressed his happiness following the team’s qualification to the semi-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday.

“We were focused, concentrated, and didn’t think of any external factors. Thank God we were able to deliver.”

“The whole team became motivated to win especially after seeing the tough circumstances they were in prior to the game.”

“Of course, Palmeiras will be looking forward to defeating us in the semi-finals, especially since we were able to win third place last year by defeating them in the bronze medal game. However, our players also have great ambitions to reach the final.”
