Al Ahly men’s handball team booked their place in the semi-finals of the African Cup Winners’ Cup after defeating Niamey of Niger on Saturday in the quarter-final.

The Red Eagles dominated the game from the start to the end to win the match 44-18.

Ahmed Hisham Sisa suffered a head injury during the match and was taken to the hospital to assess his injury.

Mahmoud Neaman was named the best player in the match.
