Al Ahly director of football Sayed Abdelhafiz said that the team benefited from attending FIFA’s meeting on Saturday.

“The meeting explained to the players several rules about the VAR and also several referee situations.”

“Al Ahly’s delegation is adhering to the strict precautionary and preventive measures since we arrived in Doha on Friday”, Abdelhafiz added. 

Al Ahly are currently preparing to face the Qatari Champions Al Duhail SC in the FIFA Club World Cup on 4 February.
