Al Ahly’s Director of Football, Sayed Abdelhafiz spoke after the team’s 4-1 victory over El Entag El Harby SC in the Egyptian Premier League. 

Abdelhafiz stated that all of the first team’s squad were fit for today’s match except for Junior Ajayi, who will return back to training next week. 

Additionally, Abdelhafiz refused to comment on the performance of the referees in general, but he only questioned the selection process of the referees for Al Ahly’s league matches. 

“We will start focusing on our next game against the National Bank of Egypt SC, which will take place on Sunday.”

“We will face difficult opponents in the FIFA Club World Cup. This tournament is very competitive as it includes all the big clubs from all the continents.”

“Moreover, we will be gathering information about the participating clubs before traveling to the tournament. Also, we might hold a closed training camp before heading to Qatar.”
