Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, head of Al Ahly’s medical staff, stated that Ali Lotfy is recovering well and is expected to return back to the team’s training sessions after Sunday’s game.

Lotfy, our goalkeeper, was forced to miss Al Ahly’s previous game against Al Mokawloon Al Arab after picking a leg injury earlier this month.

On a different note, the Red Eagles resumed their training sessions on Friday in order to prepare for Al Ahly’s Sunday’s game against Misr Lel Makkasa in the Egyptian Premier League.

The Reds were able to achieve a precious 2-0 victory against Al Mokawloon on Thursday at Petrosport Stadium in the Egyptian Premier League.
