Al Ahly’s doctor, Ahmed Abu Abla announced that our players: Badr Benoun and Akram Tawfik tested negative for COVID-19.

Abu Abla added that Benoun underwent a COVID-19 test, after catching a cold, which came out negative.

Moreover, Benoun’s medical condition will be evaluated before participating with the team in Sunday’s training session.

While, our midfielder Tawfik is expected to train normally with the team after testing negative for COVID-19.

On a similar note, our first team had an optional recovery session today following Al Ahly’s 3-2 victory over Al Mokawloon Al Arab SC on Thursday.

The Red Eagles will start their preparations for our upcoming game against Pyramids FC on Tuesday in tenth fixture of the Egyptian Premier League.
