Al Ahly's director of football Sayed Abdelhafiz stated that our midfielder Mohamed Mahmoud underwent a surgery in his knee after suffering cartilage damage.

"Mahmoud travelled to Germany to undergo several checkups after he complained about a consistent pain in his knee. The Doctors in Germany said that Mahmoud's condition will improve gradually according to his recovery program".

"Unfortunately, the pain did not stop and then the head of club's medical committee DR. Ahmed Abdelaziz confirmed that the player is suffering a knee cartilage damage and must undergo surgery".
