Al Ahly sent a letter on Tuesday to Ahmed Megahed, the Egyptian Football Association (EFA) president, requesting the attendance of Al Ahly fans in the game against Espérance of Tunisia on 26 June in the second leg of the CAF Champions League semis.

Al Ahly mentioned in the letter that the Egyptian authorities always provide full support to the Egyptian teams, noting that the club needs the support of Al Ahly fans in this important stage of the competition.

Al Ahly stressed that the club is ready to cooperate with the authorities in this matter.
