Al Ahly men’s volleyball team defeated El Sharkia Lel Dokhan on Monday in the first round of the Egyptian Cup.

The Masters dominated the game at Abdullah Al Faisal hall in Gezira and outclassed their opponents to win the game in three straight sets (25-19, 25-15, and 25-23).

 Mohamed Mselhy, Al Ahly head coach, used the game to give playing time to many players and they managed to put on a strong performance and reach the Egyptian Cup round of 16.

Tonight’s victory is a fantastic start for our Eagles in their journey to complete the domestic double this season after securing the league title last week.
