Al Ahly players underwent medical tests on Saturday ahead of the team's training session at El Tetsh stadium, to check on the health conditions of the players. 

The results of the tests will be available tomorrow. 

Al Ahly players are preparing for the upcoming challenges, including the match against Zamalek in the CAF Champions League final on 27 November.
