Al Ahly’s women basketball team defeated Smouha SC 69-57 on Monday in the Egyptian League.

Smouha SC’s hall witnessed a strong performance from our ladies, who dominated most parts of today’s match.

The Red Eagles maintained their winning streak in the league, especially after defeating El Shams SC 88-44 in our last game in the competition.

Moreover, Al Ahly’s women basketball team head coach, Ali Hashem expressed his happiness following the team’s victory.

Hashem added that tonight’s game is a great preparation for Al Ahly’s upcoming match against Alexandria Sporting Club.

On a similar note, the Red Eagles will face Alexandria Sporting Club in the final of the Egyptian Cup on Saturday after defeating Heliopolis SC 80-68 in the semi-finals of the competition.
