The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) decided to postpone our match against Al Mokawloon Al Arab SC, which was scheduled on 14 June in Matchday 26 of the Egyptian Premier League (EPL), with the game's new date to be announced later.

Al Ahly’s delegation arrived in Cairo on Saturday after winning the CAF Super Cup against Morocco’s RS Berkane on Friday at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.

Furthermore, Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly’s head coach, decided to give his players a 48-hour rest after the return of the team’s delegation to Cairo.

The players will be rested on Sunday and Monday and they will return to training on Tuesday to start preparations for the Egyptian Cup encounter against Enppi.
