FIBA Africa chose Al Ahly's basketball team player Soraya Mohamed among Africa's top players in the last decade.

FIBA has represented Sorya's achievements as she led the Egyptian National team to win its first African Championship and also winning the domestic double with the Red Eagles and achieving third place in the Afrobasket championship. 

Soraya has also achieved alot of individual titles as she was the top scorer of the Afrobasket championship after scoring 85 points in the tournament besides being chosen among the best 10 players in the world in 2019.

Soraya expressed her happiness for being on this list and affirmed her willingness to win more titles in the future.

Soraya also said that this season was the hardest in her career due to the long postponement after the coronavirus outbreak, but all these obstacles did not prevent the team from being the champions.
