Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, Al Ahly’s head of medical staff, stated that Ali Maaloul is fit to participate in the team’s upcoming games. 

"Maaloul’s injury was not severe, but its location was very difficult, as it took place where the tendon meets the muscle."

"The recurrence of this injury happens a lot, and unfortunately the injury reoccurred. This is why he took more time during his recovery process."

Dr. Abu Abla concluded by saying that Maaloul has rejoined the team’s training sessions and he is ready to participate in the upcoming games.
