Al Ahly midfielder Ahmed “Zizo” Sayed took part in full training at the Mokhtar El-Tetsh ground in Gezira after recovering from the knee ligament pain he suffered during the national team’s recent camp.

Al Ahly winger Ahmed Sayed “Zizo” was named Man of the Match in the Egyptian Super Cup final against Zamalek, held on Sunday at Mohamed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

Al Ahly’s football director, Walid Salah El Din, dismissed reports on Wednesday claiming that winger Ahmed Sayed Zizo had requested to undergo a recovery programme outside Egypt.
