Al Ahly SC has officially received confirmation from the Cairo Directorate of Youth and Sports that the results of the club's elections have been ratified.

The head of the judicial committee supervising Al Ahly’s club elections on Friday announced the victory of Captain Mahmoud El Khatib’s list, securing him another term as president of Egypt’s most successful club.

Al Ahly’s General Assembly reached the required legal quorum during its second meeting on Friday, paving the way for the start of vote counting in the club’s elections, the head of the judicial oversight committee said.
