Al Ahly men’s first football team achieved a comfortable 7-0 victory over El Ghaba on Tuesday in a friendly game.
The Red Eagles had the upper hand since the beginning of the game, scoring 6 impressive goals in the first half.
Hossam Hassan netted the opener from a fantastic strike, and then Ahmed Abdelkader doubled the score a few minutes later.
We kept our impressive performance and added four more goals, as Mohamed Hany, Mohamed Mahmoud, Karim Fouad, and Ziad Tarek managed to put their names on the game's scoring sheet.
The second half kicked off and our players kept their strong performance. We were awarded a penalty at the end of the second half.
Ramy Rabia added the seventh goal in the game, having converted the ball into the back of the net to make it 7-0 for Al Ahly at El Tetsh Stadium.
The Red Eagles are currently preparing to face Niger’s Union Sportive Gendarmerie Nationale (USGN) in the CAF Champions League round of 32.
