Al Ahly’s football first team will play two friendly games against Aswan and Tala’ea El Gaish as part of the team’s preparations for the start of the new season.

The Red Eagles are currently preparing for the start of the new season which will begin with our first game in the CAF Champions League’s round of 32 against the winner between Tunisia’s US Monastirienne and Rwanda’s APR F.C.. 

On a similar note, Al Ahly’s duo: Mohamed Magdy Afsha and Mohamed Sherif participated in part of the team’s training session on Friday morning at El Tetsh Stadium.

Ahmed Abu Abla, the team’s doctor, explained that both players will gradually return to the team’s full training sessions in order to make sure that they have fully recovered from their injuries.
