Al Ahly men's basketball team defeated Misr Petroleum Club on Monday in their opening match of the Cairo League. 

Abdullah Al Faisal Hall witnessed a strong performance from the Red Eagles, who had the upper hand in most parts of the encounter and won the game 67-45.
