Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly’s president, arrived at the team’s residency in Abu Dhabi on Saturday.

El Khatib was keen to have a short meeting with Khaled Mortagy, the club’s treasurer and head of the team’s delegation in the UAE, to make sure that everything is going as planned ahead of Saturday’s game against C.F. Monterrey.

The Eagles will face  C.F. Monterrey in the preliminary round of the FIFA Club World Cup on Saturday at 6:30 PM, Cairo time, at Al Nahyan Stadium.
