Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly’s football first team head coach, featured today in the pre-match press conference of our game against Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia in the third-place playoff encounter of the FIFA Club World Cup. 

During the press conference, Mosimane revealed his thoughts about tomorrow's match and also sent a message to our fans. 

"Al Hilal played a great game against Chelsea and they were close to equalizing the score."

"It will be a big game and I have great respect for Al Hilal, as they are the champions of Saudi Arabia and Asia."

"We respect our opponents, but we have a goal and we are keen to achieve it. Our goal is to win the bronze medal this year."

"Al Ahly have a great history in this competition. We will do our best tomorrow against a strong team who has a lot of great players."

"We are not worried from Al Hilal. We respect them a lot, but we have great confidence in ourselves and our abilities. Also, a good thing from tomorrow's match is that an Arab team will return to their country with a medal."

"I will not mention the difficult circumstances we had this year, but I wish that we will be able to return to the competition next year with better circumstances."

"The preparations were very difficult this year, but we will fight to accomplish bigger achievements next year."

"I hoped to fulfil our fans' wish and to win the FIFA Club World Cup title. However, some teams could not manage to participate in this competition, so it is not an easy thing to do."
