Al Ahly women's basketball team lost on Monday 86-79 to Alexandria Sporting Club (ASC) in Game 4 of the Egyptian League final to lose the title after losing the series 3-1. 

The Red Eagles revived their hopes after winning Game 3 and were hoping to take the series to Game 5 to decide the winner of the title but their strong performance tonight was not enough and they lost the game against ASC.
