Marcel Koller, our head coach, expressed his feelings after our 1-1 draw against Young Africans in Matchday 2 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
Our Eagles secured a point in Dar es Salaam to stay a top of the group with four points after two matches.
During the post-game press conference, Koller said that we could have achieved a better result tonight but we missed many clear chances.
"We had the upper hand in the first half, and things also improved in the second half, which witnessed great control, possession from our side."
“We are very happy to have Amr El Solia back to participate in the matches again, especially since he is a key player for us and he has great experience. Tonight, he made a difference in the match. Also Karim Fouad performed very well and showed great danger towards the opponent’s goal. All the players performed well and did what we required from them."
