Our women’s football team was held to a 1-1 draw against Wadi Degla in a hard-fought match in the Women’s Egyptian League.

The first half saw both teams competing at a high level, but neither managed to break the deadlock. That changed in the 75th minute when Nadine Ghazi fired a stunning direct free kick, giving the Reds a 1-0 lead.

However, Wadi Degla responded just five minutes later, equalizing from a corner kick.

Despite the Eagles’ determined efforts to reclaim the lead in the final minutes, the match ended with both teams earning a point each.
