Al Ahly basketball ladies defeated Smouha SC 100-48 on Sunday night at the Martyrs’ Hall in Gezira in the first leg of the Egyptian League semi-finals.

Al Ahly ladies outclassed their opponent from the start to the end thanks to the strong defense and the quick counter-attacks. 

Our players: Suraya Mohamed, Dina Amr and Kayla Thornton put on sensational performances and led our team to victory. 

Additionally, our youth team defeated Smouha’s youth team 88-85 in the Egyptian League. 

Al Ahly ladies will face Smouha SC on Wednesday while our youth team will face Smouha’s youth team earlier on the same day in the league.
