Al Ahly basketball men will start the Egyptian Cup campaign from the round of 16, as the team has qualified directly according to the draw.
The draw was attended by the Director of Egyptian Basketball Association (EBA) Magdy Abou Freikha, and the EBA deputy Mohamed Abdelmotleb and the EBA members Amr Mselhy, Khaled El Qousy and Mohamed Fathy.
Our team’s administration director Tarek El Ghanam represented the club at the draw.
The draw confirmed that Al Ahly, Al Ittihad Alexandria, Talae’a El Gaish, Nasr City SC, Sporting SC, Smouha SC, Kafr El Sheikh SC, Ibrahmya Club, El Sharqya Lldokhan Club and El Tram SC will all qualify directly to the round of 16.
