Al Ahly extend Taher Mohamed Taher stay until 2029

Al Ahly have announced a two-year contract extension for first-team winger Taher Mohamed Taher, keeping him at the club until 2029.

The new deal increases his current stay with the Red Eagles to a total of three more seasons.

The extension was finalized following a meeting between the player, Football Director Wael Gomaa, and Head of Contracts Essam Serag El Din, during which all terms of the new agreement were agreed upon, and the necessary administrative and financial procedures were completed.

Taher expressed his delight at extending his stay with Al Ahly, saying he is grateful to the club and its supporters, to whom he feels he owes a great deal.

He added that he will continue to give his all alongside his teammates to bring joy to the fans and help the club win the trophies and victories befitting Al Ahly's stature.
