Al Ahly Membership Committee welcomes new applicants amid surging demand

Al Ahly Sporting Club’s Membership Committee, chaired by board member Tarek Kandil, convened on Saturday to welcome new applicants seeking to join the club and become part of the wider Al Ahly community.

The committee reviewed membership applications for the club’s main headquarters, as well as its branches in Nasr City, Sheikh Zayed, and New Cairo.

Al Ahly has recently witnessed a sharp rise in membership demand, fueled by major infrastructure upgrades across its facilities and an ongoing expansion of services tailored to its members.

The club continues to enhance the overall experience for families, offering cutting-edge sports facilities for both individual and team sports, alongside continuous modernisation of playing fields and the integration of advanced technologies.

Last month, the club’s board of directors, led by President Mahmoud El Khatib, inaugurated a new swimming complex at the Sheikh Zayed branch.

The facility includes a giant screen for displaying competition results and features an aqua park for children.

The complex also houses a fully developed lower level with eight high-standard changing rooms, a medical clinic, separate state-of-the-art gyms for men and women, and wellness amenities including saunas, Jacuzzis, massage rooms, locker facilities, restrooms, and administrative offices.
