Al Ahly women’s basketball team lost 83-76 to Sporting at 6 October hall in the first game of the Egyptian women's basketball league final.
Al Ahly players had a strong start in the game and they were leading the first half 38-30 but they suffered a setback in the second half and lost the game 83-76.

The second game is scheduled on Wednesday night at 6 October hall at 8:30 PM.
