Al Ahly women’s volleyball team has secured the “Mortabet League” title after a commanding 3-0 victory over Zamalek in the final match of the round-robin tournament.
The Under-15 team set the tone early, dominating the first set 25-12.
They extended their lead with a 25-21 win in the second set, before clinching the title in a tightly contested third set, 27-25.
With the win, Al Ahly’s points total reached 9, finishing four points clear of second-place to officially claim the League championship.
Later on Sunday, the senior women’s volleyball team will face Zamalek at 8 PM at the Hassan Mostafa Hall.
