Al Ahly's board of directors, headed by Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, held a meeting on Tuesday night at the club's premises in El Gezira to discuss many important files.

Following the meeting, the board issued the following resolutions:

The adoption of the agenda of the General Assembly, held on 23 and 24 November,  based on the Olympic Committe's letter, recieved on 1 December. 

The adoption of the Football Committee's decisions for December and the Board wished a speedy recovery for the football team's head of administration Samir Adly. 

The Club's Secertary of Fund Khaled El Darandaly and the board members Ibrahim El Kafrawy and Tarek Qandel are assigned to monitor the club's financial flows, to provide all the club's needs at all levels.

The ratification of the board's decisions in the meeting N.18, which was held in November

The adoption of the decisions of the executive office's meeting, held on 7 December

Sending Amir Tawfik, the club's Director of Marketing and Transfers, to the UAE, to coordinate with Umbro the team's official kits of the team in the FIFA Club World Cup

The board approved the study submitted by the committee, headed by Khaled Mortagy, and the membership of Tarek Qandil and the Economics Expert Ahmed Shams, regarding Al Ahly's Football Company and directed to start taking the needed procedures to implement this project.

The board will listen on 22 December to a detailed study from the committee, headed by Ibrahem El Kafrawy, and the membership of board members, Rania Elwany, Gohar Nabil and Mohand Magdy, regarding Al Ahly Services Company.
