Important win over Modern Sport

n a captivating showdown at El Salam Stadium, the Red Eagles showcased their prowess with a resounding 3-1 victory over Modern Sport in the 11th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

From the opening whistle, we asserted our dominance, controlling the tempo and dictating the flow of the game. Our relentless pressure and strategic incursions into Modern Sport's territory kept the defense on high alert.

The breakthrough came in the 13th minute when a well-coordinated attack culminated in Gradišar calmly slotting the ball into the net. 

After a beautiful pass from Gradišar, Emam Ashour showcased his dribbling skills, weaving past defenders before unleashing a powerful shot that found the back of the net. 

The onslaught continued, and just before halftime, the due of the night did it one more time after Gradišar sent a sensational cross to Emam who added the third goal. The first half ended with the Red Eagles firmly in control with a commanding lead. 

Modern Sport Responded and the second half saw a rejuvenated Modern Sport emerge, and they were trying to mount for a comeback. 

In the 75th minute Arnold Eba pulled a goal back but we remained composed and continued to create scoring opportunities but the score didn't change. 

The Red Eagles secured important three points in front of our newly-signed player, Achraf Bencharki, who watched the match from the stands and received a special reception from Al Ahly fans.
