Al Ahly's first-team underwent a COVID-19 test on Saturday inside the team's residency in Doha.
This test came as part of the precautionary measures to combat the spread of COVID-19.
Al Ahly are currently preparing to face Bayern Munich in the FIFA Club World Cup semis on Monday.
