Al Ahly basketball ladies were drawn against Gezira in the Egyptian Cup round of 16.
The draw was held on Saturday at the Egyptian Basketball Federation headquarters and Al Ahly women’s team administrator Mossa Ali represented the Red Eagles at the draw.
15 Teams will participate in this year’s edition of the competition with Heliopolis qualified directly to the quarter-finals.

Al Ahly won Cairo League title on Wednesday after defeating Gezira 77-55 in the final.
Our ladies, led by Ali Hashem, won the Egyptian League and the Super League titles last season.
