The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) rejected the appeal of Tunisia's Etoile du Sahel and their Ivorian striker Souleymane Coulibaly.

CAS upheld FIFA's decision to fine the Tunisian club and the player $1.4 million in addition to 15% of added fines, as of October 2019. Etoile du Sahel will also pay the litigation fees.

The player fled Al Ahly with no reasons despite having a running contract with the club. Al Ahly's board took all the measures since then to preserve the club's rights.
