Egypt’s Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Congo, Hamdy Shaaban attended the team’s first training session at Stade des Martyrs stadium on Sunday.
Ambassador Shaaban attended Al Ahly training and then accompanied the players to the team’s residency, as he is keen to provide all the facilitations to our delegation.
Ambassador Shaaban received Al Ahly delegation at Ndjili International Airport, upon the team’s arrival to DR Congo on Saturday.
The Red Eagles are set to face AS Vita Club in Matchday 4 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
